As it turns out the beautiful house I saw yesterday already had a contract on it and they will be closing on it next week. It wasn't meant to be. My realtor and I will keep looking for another house that speaks to me. I'm hopefully optimistic.

(p.s. I think the problem with the egg was that I put them in after the water got hot - you are supposed to put them in the cold water)
Oh there will be a better one out there. I had the same thing happen to me. I saw this one house and had to have it. But it did not work out. I was so sad but then we got the house we have now. Which is so much better. Have fun looking. If they let you take pictures of things you like and do not like and then put it together and you may find the perfect house.
